Palassa Private Residences is located along Bulabog Beach which is the back beach of Boracay Island. Bulabog Beach is famous for its water sports. When in season, kite-boarding/kite-surfing and windsurfing are popular on this side of the island due to the strong winds from October to April. When it's off-season, other water activities like parasailing, helmet diving, etc. take place here due to the calm waters. White Beach is only 800 meters away and D'Mall is 600 meters away, just a 5 to 10-minute walk.

1. Travel time from Kalibo Airport to Caticlan Jetty Port is 1 hour and 45 minutes
2. Travel time from Caticlan Jetty Port to Cagban Port is 10 minutes
3. Travel time from Cagban Port to Palassa Private Residences is 20 minutes

Travel Time (CATICLAN):
1. Travel time from Caticlan Airport to Caticlan Jetty Port is 10 minutes
2. Travel time from Caticlan Jetty Port to Cagban Port is 10 minutes
3. Travel time from Cagban Port to Palassa Private Residences is 20 minutes
